Stated reward is for new customers purchasing a Sim Only 12 month contract with a tariff cost over £20. When purchasing contracts a separate transaction must be made for each contract purchased to be eligible for a reward. All other tariffs will receive a lower reward. No rewards given on upgrades.
If raising a transaction query please ensure that the order reference number given begins with XKO/XKN. Any queries raised after 30 days from the contract start date will be declined.
