Stated reward is based on new handset 24 month tariffs with a monthly cost of £47.99 or more. Good as new 24 month handset tariffs will receive a lower reward. You will earn a lower reward on all other tariffs. SIMO will receive a lower reward.
Rewards are only available to new customers, not including upgrades. 30 day rolling contracts are not eligible for the pay monthly contract reward. When purchasing contracts a separate transaction must be made for each contract purchased to be eligible for a reward. If raising a transaction query please ensure that the order reference number given begins with XKO/XKN. Any queries raised after 30 days from the contract start date will be declined.
