Stated reward is for new customers purchasing a Mobile Broadband Device 18/24 month plan. Existing customers will not receive any rewards. All other rewards for EE Mobile Broadband including SIM only and tablet will receive a lower reward.
If raising a transaction query please ensure that the order reference number given begins with XKO/XKN. Any queries raised after 30 days from the contract start date will be declined.
